Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated CPN (Community Psychiatric Nurse) for a temporary position with NELFT. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality care to patients in a community-based setting, working within a supportive multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive community psychiatric nursing assessments.
• Develop and implement care plans for patients with mental health needs.
• Offer support to individuals and families in a community setting.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• A valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health).
• Proven experience in community psychiatric nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
