Allfor Care Services are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Registered General Nurses to work in any  NHS Trust across the U.K

Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Location: Nationwide
Contract: AD-HOC Shifts
Salary: Depending on Band Level

Key Responsibilities of the Registered General Nurse:

• Providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Conducting thorough assessments of patients’ health conditions, including vital signs, and continuously monitoring their progress.
• Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and ensuring accurate documentation of these interventions.
• Providing specialised care for wounds, including assessment, dressing changes, and infection control measures.
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health outcomes.

Requirements of the Registered General Nurse:

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
• Registered as an RGN and 1 + years post-graduate experience.
• Previous experience working within the NHS would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassion and empathy in dealing with patients.
